Ignite. is seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices and related services from a remote home-based setup across Portugal.

In this role you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat, document updates to customer records, and collaborate with quality teams to maintain high service standards, privacy, and accuracy.

Quick Overview: Salary & Shifts

• Base Salary: EUR 1,100 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)
• Attendance Bonus: EUR 150 monthly bonus
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 net per working day
• Signing Bonus: EUR 2,000 welcome bonus (divided and paid out across your first 12 months)
• Working Hours & Shifts: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, operating on 24/7 rotative shifts

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and fluent Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding team in Portugal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and customers utilizing advanced diabetes care management products and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Patient Support: Provide compassionate, professional, and accurate assistance to customers and patients regarding diabetes care devices, supplies, and related services via inbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Inquiries & Troubleshooting: Guide users through product setup, troubleshoot basic technical issues with medical devices, and explain usage instructions clearly and patiently.
• Account Management: Update customer profiles, manage order queries, process requests, and maintain accurate records in compliance with data privacy and medical support standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and quality specialists to ensure service standards and healthcare compliance regulations are consistently met.
• Empathy & Advocacy: Handle sensitive health-related inquiries with the highest level of discretion, patience, and professional care.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken) combined with at least B2-level English for internal communication and training.
• Residency: Must currently reside in and have legal authorization to work in Portugal (mandatory requirement for remote setup).
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a natural patience for supporting individuals managing chronic health conditions.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, CRM tools, and remote communication platforms simultaneously.
• Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Financial Package Breakdown

We offer a highly competitive and transparent remuneration package designed to reward your dedication:

• Base Salary: EUR 1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (including holiday and Christmas allowances).
• Attendance Bonus: EUR 150 monthly bonus for meeting attendance standards.
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 net per working day (loaded onto a meal card).
• Signing Bonus: EUR 2,000 welcome bonus, divided and paid out equally across your first 12 months of employment.
