Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in Portugal for a fully remote, international role. You will troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, IaC configurations, and deployment issues across SaaS and self-hosted environments.

Strong Linux and cloud experience, plus excellent English communication, are required to guide customers and improve documentation and product usability in a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in DevOps tools and IaC environments.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Linux troubleshooting and infrastructure experience.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel technical support for SaaS and self-hosted deployments.
• Investigate issues by analyzing logs, traces, and run histories to find root causes.
• Explain policy-driven behavior using OPA, Rego, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering and document recurring problems.
• Manage multiple complex cases with urgent customer needs.
