Job summary

iTRTech Group in Portugal is seeking a Junior to Mid DevOps Engineer for a fully remote position. You will monitor telecom platforms, help ensure stability, performance, and reliability, and collaborate with international engineering and operations teams in a multilingual environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in DevOps, hands-on Linux experience, and experience with OpenNMS and Centreon. Proficiency in English (min B2) and a Portugal-based remote work setup are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of DevOps, systems administration, or production support.
• Experience administering enterprise Linux environments.
• Experience supporting monitoring platforms in production environments.
• Experience working in production-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise telecom monitoring platforms.
• Support production and pre-production environments.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize OpenNMS and Centreon monitoring solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents.
• Administer Red Hat Linux environments and related services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with French operational, engineering, and support teams.
• Participate in deployments, platform upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Promote DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
