FH Collective Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to work remotely from Portugal. You will support customers in Danish and English, handling inquiries and delivering a high-quality experience in an international setting.

The role requires residing in Portugal, availability Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and a fully remote work model with the potential for a welcoming, multilingual team environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Danish and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Remote work ability and discipline.
• Must already be residing in Portugal.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
