FH Collective - Academy in Portugal is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to join an international support team. This is a fully remote role for candidates residing in Portugal, fluent in Danish and English, working Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00.

You will assist customers in Danish and English, deliver high-quality service in an international environment, and benefit from €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, plus a €2,000 welcome bonus and a daily food allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Danish and English required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal.
• Must reside in Portugal and be available Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.
