FH Collective Academy in Portugal is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to join an international support team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates living in Portugal who are fluent in Danish and English, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 08:00–17:00 hours.

You will communicate with customers in Danish and English, identify needs, provide solutions, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience in an international setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Danish
• Fluent/native-level English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer-oriented and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Responsabilidades
