Fh Collective Academy is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its remote team in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries in Danish and English, identify needs, and provide accurate assistance to ensure a high-quality service in an international setting.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a fully remote model and a 14-pay annual salary plus a 2,000€ welcome bonus and daily meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Danish and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Remote work capability.
• Must reside in Portugal.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
