Cross Border Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team in Portugal. This 100% work-from-home role requires excellent communication in Danish and English and a customer-first mindset.

You will handle orders, product details, and technical questions, document interactions in the CRM, and participate in ongoing training to grow within the company. This position offers stable hours and comprehensive onboarding for remote workers.

Qualificações

• Fluent Danish (C1/C2) and professional English (B2)
• Portugal resident with right to work remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer focus
• High comfort using computers and multiple apps

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose basic issues with smart devices and guide customers or escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and resolutions.
• Stay updated on product releases and policies to inform customers clearly.
