Unit4 is seeking a Community Experience & Engagement Specialist to ensure the Community4U platform delivers exceptional customer experiences through proactive moderation, UX optimization, and continuous platform improvements.

You will work with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Digital Customer Experience teams to keep experiences relevant, intuitive, and aligned with customer needs while embracing AI-powered capabilities to boost efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years' experience in Community Management, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Digital Engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience moderating online communities, forums, or engagement channels is valued.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and digital self-service best practices.
• Hands-on experience with community platforms, analytics tools, or related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily moderation of community discussions and user-generated content.
• Identify and address navigation, search, and usability issues affecting customers.
• Analyse engagement data and user journeys to uncover friction points.
• Collaborate with Success, Support, Product and CX teams to improve the Community4U experience.
