Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Operations Expert to join a team supporting users with their advertising experience on a leading AI technology platform.

You will assist users with advertising, account access, payments, platform features and policy questions while delivering a high-quality customer experience via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues and explaining guidelines. The role includes 15 working days of intensive training (8 hours/day).

Qualificações

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable learning new software and working with digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve issues related to ads, ad accounts, payments, and account access.
• Troubleshoot issues with ad creation, publication, delivery, billing, and account performance.
• Explain advertising policies, account requirements, and platform features.
• Provide clear and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Focus on efficient case management and customer satisfaction.
