Job summary

Sterlington is seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and manage the execution layer for the Head of Firm Management's portfolio. You will ensure priorities are visible, decisions are timely, and commitments are delivered, acting across the portfolio to drive efficiency and accountability.

You will drive AI-enabled process innovations, manage the inbound flow of requests, and design operating rhythms.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations roles directly to a senior leader.
• Ability to design working cadence and decision processes.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven process improvement for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage inbound flow of partner requests and firm issues.
• Lead leadership operating rhythm including committee prep and planning cycles.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries.
• Coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, and external parties.
• Own initiatives end-to-end and report outcomes.
• Anticipate gaps and resolve delays before they surface.
