This role shapes the future of Revolut’s operational backbone. The candidate will drive initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Formación

• Degree requirement: 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM or quantitative field.
• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record in designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering process automation or workflow optimisation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, map, and refine comprehensive workflows to boost throughput and scalability.
• Deploy AI and intelligent automation to reduce manual work and friction.
• Lead cross-functional projects from diagnostics to rollout and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate pain points into robust frameworks.
• Resolve complex constraints with data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
• Track key metrics to evaluate system performance and efficiency gains.
• Drive continuous optimization by standardising and automating procedures.
