Job summary

AutoStore, part of Kardex Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager fluent in German and English to drive regional campaigns in the DACH market from Lisbon. The role supports Sales, European Marketing, and the global MarCom team, building awareness and generating demand while delivering targeted content.

Based in Lisbon with the option to work remotely until the office opens, you will own integrated campaigns, inbound and lead generation, events, and collateral across the buyer journey for B2B

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in tech/industrial sectors.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, demand generation and full funnel marketing.
• Content creation, digital marketing, social media, video production.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing activities including digital campaigns, events and sales enablement.
• Create customer stories, thought leadership and social content for LinkedIn/YouTube.
• Develop multi‑channel inbound campaigns and drive lead generation with Sales.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to localize global strategies for DACH.
