CapsLock is seeking an AI Video Editor Team Lead to guide 3–7 editors, automate workflows, and drive business results through high-performing videos. You will own project routing, ensure QC standards, and integrate AI tools into the daily workflow, collaborating with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Marketers for scalable growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing video production/editing teams.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to manage complex routing and strict deadlines.
• Hands-on editing expertise with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Active track record of integrating AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3 to 7+ AI-driven video editors, guiding them to higher performance.
• Manage workloads and maintain team morale to prevent burnout while aligning with company culture.
• Own task distribution and complex project routing to ensure on-time delivery with QC at high standards.
• Review and uphold internal guidelines and editing rules; ensure clear operational framework.
