ACE OF PERFORMANCE | Group is a Lisbon-based performance marketing agency helping brands grow online and generate high-quality leads. We’re seeking two Video Editors (Junior and Mid-Senior) to join our design team, focusing on videos for Meta Ads and lead generation.

You’ll edit video, add captions, and work with AI tools to accelerate production. We value fast turnaround, strong social media sense, and collaboration in a hybrid setup: two days in Lisbon, three remote.

Qualificações

• Background in Marketing or Advertising (required).
• 1–2 years for Junior; 3+ years for Mid-Senior.
• Advanced knowledge of TikTok and Instagram.

We're a performance marketing agency that's all about results, helping businesses grow their online presence, attract quality leads, and get the most out of every marketing dollar. Our team is young, ambitious, and based in the stunning city of Lisbon. We are 40+ people who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and ambitious, using AI to streamline how we work.

We are currently looking for two Video Editors — one Junior and one Mid-Senior — to join our design team, specifically for the creation of videos aimed at Meta Ads, with a focus on Lead Generation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your main focus will be video editing, including:

• Editing videos: Bringing together visual and audio elements to create engaging, high-quality content
• Creating captions: Adding subtitles to improve accessibility and viewer engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Marketing or Advertising (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Junior) or 3+ years (Mid-Senior)
• Advanced knowledge of TikTok and Instagram
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Ability to edit videos quickly without compromising quality
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Google Veo) for video creation is a big plus.
• You're innovative and excited to help shape global marketing campaigns for new media
• You have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of social media trends
• You're creative, energetic, and comfortable working with AI tools
