CapsLock is building its AI Media Production platform and is hiring a tech lead to architect the system. You will be responsible for designing scalable, reproducible pipelines that generate visuals matching real products 1:1, ensuring no artifacts or hallucinations.

You will work closely with the Design Director as the main technical interface between creative teams and software infrastructure. This greenfield role places you as the first engineer in this direction, delivering one-click UIs,

Qualificações

• Shipped generative pipelines used by others.
• Production-grade workflows in ComfyUI or similar tech or diffusers.
• Strong Python for automation, APIs, and custom nodes.
• LoRA training end-to-end from data to evaluation.
• Control techniques across modalities (t2i, i2i, i2v, v2v) using ControlNet/IP-Adapter/inpainting.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and run CapsLock's AI Media Production platform for generative visuals.
• Ship modular, versioned pipelines that are reproducible.
• Develop one-click presets for image and video generation.
• Train LoRAs end-to-end from data to production-ready models.
• Build QC checks against product references before human review.
• Own technical roadmap with the Design Director and drive enablement.
