CapsLock is seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to craft photorealistic AI-generated visuals for performance marketing across paid social and landing pages. The role blends storytelling with AI tools to boost conversion rates and engage cold audiences.

You will collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video editors to produce assets that align with brand guidelines, testing strategies, and campaign goals while staying ahead of AI trends in a fast-moving environment.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing.
• 1-2+ year of active hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms.
• Cross-platform proficiency (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Portfolio with AI-generated photorealistic visuals demonstrating quality.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels and landing pages.
• Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with messaging and funnel logic.
• Iterate on visual concepts based on performance data and testing results.
