SysMatch is hiring an AI Security Engineer for remote work with a temporary Lisbon-based engagement. You will embed security by design across AI use cases, agents, and platform integrations, establishing strong controls for access, logging, and data protection.

The role requires 7+ years in IT security with cloud, IAM, and secure SDLC expertise, plus AI/ML security knowledge and familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS and NIST AI RMF. Salary €40k–€50k gross annually, with benefits.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT and cyber security, with experience in transformation/digital or platform contexts.
• Strong grounding in cloud security, IAM, application security and secure SDLC.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Agentic AI security; familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS and NIST AI RMF.

Responsabilidades

• Embed security by design across AI use cases, agents, and platform integrations with strong controls.
• Translate security policies into practical, reusable controls and guidance for AI teams.
• Prepare security-gate evidence and drive remediation from reviews; escalate gaps or delivery risks.
