Jobgether is seeking an AI Engineer - Performance for a fully remote role based in Portugal within Europe. You will improve AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and production reliability, working with cutting-edge LLM tech and CI/CD integration.

Qualificações

• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on work with Large Language Models.
• Designing, building, or maintaining AI agents.
• Understanding LLM providers, capabilities, and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and agent ecosystems.
• Experience with observability or monitoring for AI apps is a plus.
• Background in software engineering, product development, QA, or data roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for performance and reliability.
• Create and refine evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy and quality.
• Monitor feedback and production data to drive improvements.
• Run experiments on prompts, models, and agent architectures.
• Maintain AI evaluation infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated on AI/LLM developments and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Document findings and share learnings.
