Eloquent AI is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of AI-powered full-stack applications, mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction. You’ll stay hands-on while guiding architecture and delivery standards for scalable, real-time AI workflows.

You will collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to integrate LLMs, RAG, and real-time data streaming, building intuitive interfaces and robust backend services.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack production applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Masters is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build full-stack applications powering AI-driven workflows.
• Oversee and review the work of other engineers; ensure production‑ready code.
• Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support.
• Develop high-performance front-end interfaces for AI agent control and monitoring.
• Build scalable backend services to support real-time AI interactions.
