Job summary

team.it is seeking an experienced AI & enterprise solutions architect to design and deliver scalable AI-enabled workflows. You will integrate AI services, APIs, and ERP/CRM ecosystems, driving governance, security, and reliability across platforms.

Collaboration with business and tech stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into architecture and actionable designs. The role requires strong REST, event-driven patterns, and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands-on with n8n workflow automation and integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and modern AI ecosystems.

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on scalability, integration, and business value.
• Build and orchestrate intelligent workflows using n8n and AI platforms.
• Integrate AI services, APIs, enterprise systems, and third‑party applications into automated business processes.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry and related AI services to create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture and design specifications.
• Ensure governance, security, performance, and reliability across AI and automation platforms.
• Document solution architectures, integration patterns, and best practices for AI adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with n8n workflow automation and integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and modern AI ecosystems.
• Experience designing AI‑powered workflows, automation frameworks, and business process orchestration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, event‑driven architectures, and system integration patterns.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure certifications related to AI, architecture, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Generative AI platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code automation platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience integrating CRM, ERP, ITSM, or collaboration platforms.
• Background in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.
