Job summary

Wire IT is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to join our remote team in Portugal. You will help design and implement agentic AI capabilities, develop reusable workflows, and drive engineering enablement at scale.

The role requires 6+ years in software engineering, experience with agent orchestration, MCP tooling, Kubernetes, Kafka, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with a senior, international team on challenging projects and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience required.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale.
Proficient with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming.
Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
