Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Portugal is seeking an AI Technician to research, implement, and optimize AI, automation, and data-driven technologies across multiple business functions. The role involves integrating platforms for finance, labor management, forecasting, and BI, with a focus on practical problem-solving in a remote setting.

You will deploy AI models, automate workflows, and provide technical support, training, and documentation to enable teams to adopt AI solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, automation, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of AI models, automation workflows, data flows, and business tech systems.
• Experience integrating business apps across finance, accounting, operations, or related functions.
• Familiarity with automation and BI platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power BI, Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation solutions with measurable value.
• Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across functions.
• Integrate platforms for invoice automation, cash-flow forecasting, labor optimization, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
• Connect POS and accounting systems using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Omnivore).
• Develop internal AI dashboards with Power BI or Looker Studio for insights.
