Bosch Portugal in Lisbon seeks an Automation & AI Lead to drive automation and AI initiatives that transform HR processes. You will lead a team of Automation Specialists and Developers, collaborating with international stakeholders to shape scalable solutions and implement AI-powered workflows.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a focus on secure, scalable architectures while exploring Generative AI opportunities and responsible AI practices.

Qualificações

• University degree in a relevant technical field.
• Several years of automation/AI project experience.
• Experience leading international, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Specialists and Developers.
• Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across HR processes.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, including AI/ML integration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Coordinate collaboration between Business Analysts, Developers, external partners, and internal teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like Generative AI and LLMs.
• Drive proofs-of-concepts and pilots; transition to production.
• Contribute to solution architecture decisions; ensure security and maintainability.
• Identify AI-related risks and mitigation measures.
• Monitor impact and look for further improvements.
