Core Code io is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily payable activities and maintain accurate financial records. You will assist with invoice processing, payments, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations while ensuring timely and precise transactions.

The role involves reviewing invoices, matching with POs, data entry, and month-end close support. Strong Excel/ERP skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using accounting software, ERP systems, or financial platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices, expenses, and payment information into accounting systems.
• Prepare and process vendor payments according to established schedules.
• Monitor invoice due dates and ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
