Reachdesk is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fully remote finance team. You will manage the complete AP cycle across multiple entities and currencies, administer the Ramp corporate card program, and ensure accurate posting in NetSuite.

From day one you’ll help build scalable processes to support Reachdesk’s growth. Working closely with the Senior Accountant, you’ll contribute to month-end close, uphold AP controls, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal

Qualificações

• 2+ years in accounts payable with end-to-end ownership in a multi-entity setup.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to code transactions across a matrix GL structure.
• Experience with spend management software.
• Understanding VAT/indirect tax in UK/EU.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across six entities.
• Administer Ramp corporate card program end-to-end.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite.
• Book intercompany AP for consolidated reporting.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage AP mailboxes and supplier relationships.
• Apply indirect-tax treatment on payables (VAT, reverse charge).
• Maintain AP controls and process documentation.
• Drive automation and workflow improvements with NetSuite and Ramp.
