Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee owner and tenant experiences across active property management files. You will keep files moving, inform clients, manage urgent issues, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.

You will own client outcomes, handle multiple files, and communicate professionally with owners, tenants, internal teams, and service providers. This is a full-time, remote-ready role based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of Account Management or equivalent client-ownership experience.
• Experience managing multiple files or accounts in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for owners and tenants throughout the management process.
• Manage multiple active client and property files with strong organization.
• Provide proactive updates on status, pending items, and next steps.
• Handle urgent issues with urgency, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Coordinate steps between owners, tenants, internal teams, vendors and operations.
• Collect, review and track required documentation per company process.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks and updates.
• Identify stalled files and follow-ups before they escalate.
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction.
