Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities and execute new equipment releases requested by the ME team as ready for verification.
- Conduct Component Risk Assessments (CRA) for all new businesses and requested engineering changes.
- Coordinate surveillance routines and follow-ups with involved persons.
- Release specifications for new equipment ROB/Assembly.
- Participate as a team member in problem-solving activities.
- Participate as a team member in Engineering Change Notices reviews to assess feasibility.
- Cooperate with the local Process team and MEC team in process improvements.
- Maintain CRA content updated to standardize its utilization at sites.
- Develop reliability tools for the High Voltage business.
Qualifications
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Materials, Physics, Chemical, Industrial, or similar) with a strong understanding of how machines work.
- Experience in an industrial environment (e.g., food, chemical, automotive, textile, etc.).
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and measurement system evaluations.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
- Team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
