Willis Towers Watson plc is seeking an experienced Product Engagement Specialist to drive product adoption and stakeholder engagement across Western Europe. You will partner with Product, Engineering and regional business leaders to translate global product strategies into regional engagement programs.

The role focuses on ensuring colleagues understand value, are equipped to use products effectively, and remain engaged as products evolve.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in Product Engagement, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Change Management, Communications or related technology-focused role.
• Experience working across multiple European countries and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of product engagement plans across Western Europe, aligned to global product objectives.
• Drive regional product launches through communications, training, adoption and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create and adapt user-focused content, including launch communications, FAQs, training materials, product updates and success stories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, adoption trends and engagement metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
