• The successful candidate will be a highly credible Financial Services professional with substantial experience working with leading Financial Services institutions.

• Identify and coordinate opportunities across major multinational Financial Services groups.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across banking, insurance, asset management and other Financial Services sectors.
• Partner with country leaders, Work & Rewards leaders and solution teams to originate and convert business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across Europe.
• Drive participation in WTW's compensation and reward surveys across Financial Services.
