Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a process improvement professional to drive Lean-based productivity and digitalization within the Europe & Africa hub. You will translate regional needs into actionable cases and lead the delivery with regional teams and global counterparts.

You will coordinate with service centres, project execution, and engineering to quantify baselines, benefits, and data changes, ensuring sustained adoption of improvements and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement or operational excellence, ideally in services, projects, or manufacturing.
• Ability to quantify baselines and benefits using Lean methods.
• Experience translating business needs into analytics and automation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional improvement opportunities and translate them into decision-ready cases.
• Own the delivery of regional use cases with input from SMEs and stakeholders.
• Consolidate productivity metrics and ensure consistent recording of benefits.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regional needs to the digital agenda.
• Track realized benefits post go-live and address gaps to sustain value.
