Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Regional People Partner to work with regional and country leaders to translate business goals into people priorities across markets in Portugal and beyond. You’ll shape HR initiatives, partner with the People team, and ensure operational excellence while upholding Bolt’s culture.

You’ll lead employee relations, oversee performance and talent processes, and coach managers on leadership topics in line with the Regional People Strategy. Fluency in Portuguese is essential.

Qualifications

• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with HR coaching and data insight.
• Experience delivering People programmes from performance to engagement and design.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and unions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with country and regional leaders, offering HR thought partnership and data-driven insight.
• Deliver People initiatives through local leaders and managers (performance, succession, design, compensation, talent, D&I), ensuring consistent support.
• Support leadership growth through management coaching and team-building, and educate managers on Bolt People processes.
• Lead employee relations, including disciplinary matters and unions, while ensuring compliance with local labour law.
• Draft and implement in-country policies aligned with best practice and HR governance.
