KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking a Portuguese Real Estate Agent to join our Lisbon team, offering a structured 3‑month training and flexible hours with a clear growth path under a dedicated Coordinator of Integration.

You will handle property listings, present offers, negotiate terms, appraise values, advise clients on market conditions, and coordinate closings with lenders and inspectors to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in industry sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems.

Responsabilidades

• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Compare properties to determine market price.
• Advise clients on market conditions and financing.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and MLS.
• Prepare contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
• Coordinate closings with lenders and inspectors.
