Siemens Mobility invites applications for a Rail System Integration Tester (m/f/d) to join our team in Portugal. The role focuses on driving system-specific integration activities, defining integration strategies, and validating solutions across the project portfolio.

Responsibilities include identifying gaps, drafting system integration plans, elaborating test specifications, and supporting on-site tests, while collaborating with HQ teams and promoting continuous improvement and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial or similar).
• Knowledge of requirements management, test specification, traceability and incident management.
• Interest in Siemens products and System Development.
• Interest in System Integration & System Test Bench.
• International mindset and willingness to collaborate with HQ teams.
• Strong motivation to learn, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Readiness for occasional travel.
• Self-confident, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in project needs vs. intended portfolio, including URS updates.
• Ensure compliance with the Integration strategy during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare the System Integration plans.
• Elaborate System Tests Specifications and support on-site tests.
• Collaborate with HQ segments for integration activities.
• Provide support to System Management in requirements specifications of different systems.
• Support the System Manager in preparing Migration Strategy to ensure best solution.
• Execute safety activities related to tests per Safety & Assurance.
