Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in Aveiro to support the development and industrialization of new domestic hot water tanks. The role involves analyzing standards, defining validation strategies, and executing lab testing in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical or Energy Engineering degree, speaks Portuguese and English, and can manage multiple priorities while driving innovative solutions.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or similar technical field.
• Knowledge in turbomachinery and aerodynamics; interest in thermal systems, refrigeration or sustainable technologies.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical topics simultaneously.
• Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge and improve existing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and industrialization of new domestic hot water tanks.
• Analyze current and upcoming legislation, standards and technical requirements applicable to products.
• Define validation strategies, test plans and engineering test methods.
• Execute laboratory testing, measurements and performance evaluations.
• Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Participate in troubleshooting, brainstorming and root cause analysis activities.
• Support engineering change management processes during product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing.
