Bosch Aveiro is seeking a motivated engineer to join our R&D team and support the development, validation and launch of next-generation heat pump water heaters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in product management, quality and manufacturing, contributing to new product introduction and continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering, knowledge of thermodynamics, turbomachinery and refrigeration, and strong Portuguese/English

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering (or similar) is required.
• Knowledge of turbomachinery and aerodynamics.
• Strong communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and industrialization of new domestic hot water tanks.
• Analyze current and upcoming legislation, standards and technical requirements for products.
• Define validation strategies, test plans and engineering test methods.
• Execute laboratory testing, measurements and performance evaluations.
• Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support engineering change management during product development.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing.
