Job summary

Match Profiler in Lisbon is seeking an IT Business Tester to join flexible hybrid teams. You will work on cloud-based software products, apply modern test methods, and contribute to CI/CD practices, ensuring quality across the development lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with agile teams, translate business requirements into test cases, and communicate in English with cross-cultural stakeholders. This role offers onboarding support, continuous feedback and a collaborative environment that values

Qualifications

• Experience with modern test methods and cloud-based software products.
• Experience in test management and TEST FIRST approaches (E2E, BDD/ATDD).
• Understanding of software requirements and agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English.

IT Business Tester – Flexible Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

• Experience in modern test methods and technologies for cloud-based software products and CI/CD tools
• Experience in test management and TEST FIRST approaches (E2E Workflow Test, Behavior/Test Driven Development etc.)
• Understanding of Software Requirements (such as business processes, Use Cases, User stories or others)
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe)
• Knowledge in Microsoft technologies, specially Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps
• Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
