Job summary

MoOngy Group is seeking a QA Test Lead to drive automation and functional testing in a hybrid setup based in Portugal. The role focuses on leading testing efforts for Java and Cypress-based automation, coordinating with DevOps and development teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, have hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira, Xray, ALM, and SQL, and will contribute to test strategy, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading testing efforts and teams.
• Strong knowledge of automated and manual testing processes.
• Ability to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities, prepare test reports, dashboards and KPIs;
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor test teams, coordinate with stakeholders and development/DevOps teams;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, troubleshoot test pipelines, support continuous improvement.
