Luza Tecnologia is seeking a detail-oriented Tester to support QA activities across Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. You will execute manual test cases, verify new features, and report defects in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams, documenting results and contributing to process improvements. Familiarity with Salesforce and cloud-based testing is a plus, with opportunities for certification vouchers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester to join our team and support quality assurance activities across projects involving Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of business solutions through structured testing and defect management in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.

Requirements
