You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products through comprehensive testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and a proven track record of leading testing efforts across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
• Design, create, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify software defects and ensure overall system reliability.
• Lead and drive automation testing efforts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through their lifecycle.
• Generate and communicate detailed defect reports to development teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Effectively communicate testing progress, results, and any potential risks to project timelines.
• Lead and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the overall testing capabilities of the team.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Tester with a focus on manual testing.
• Strong expertise in test planning, test case design, and execution.
• Proficiency / knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
