Job summary

Randstad Portugal is spearheading a new Finance Shared Services Center in Lisbon. The role leads daily purchasing back-office operations and coordinates across Lisbon, France, and Tunisia, ensuring service continuity and KPI achievement.

You will oversee master data, contracts, and invoice discrepancies, while driving continuous improvement and data governance in a multinational finance environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French required for daily cross-site coordination with teams in France, Tunisia and Portugal.
• Solid experience with ERP-based purchasing processes (SAP S/4HANA and Ariba highly preferred; exposure to VIM, Excel or Power BI is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs and KPIs, ensure master data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
• A hands-on, operational leader skilled in cross-site stakeholder management, workload planning, and building team autonomy.

• Coordinate workload distribution, backlogs, and provide hands-on support during peak periods.
• Oversee purchasing master data maintenance, contract administration, and invoice discrepancies.

• Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive harmonization and data governance initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory for daily cross-site coordination with teams in France, Tunisia and Portugal (Lisbon).
• Systems Proficiency: Solid experience with ERP-based purchasing processes (SAPS/4HANA and Ariba highly preferred; exposure to VIM, Excel, or Power BI is a plus).
• Process & Service Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs/KPIs, ensuresupplier/purchasing master data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
