Job summary
A Bosch Group, Inc. procura um/a Purchasing Assistant (f/m/div.) para apoiar a equipa internacional de compras, assegurando uma cadeia de abastecimento resiliente e decisões estratégicas de aquisição.
O candidato ideal tem formação em Administração, Cadeia de Suprimentos, Engenharia ou Economia, fluência em inglês e capacidade analítica; conhecimento de SAP é valorizado. O regime é híbrido, com benefícios incluindo seguro de saúde e cantina no local.
Qualifications
- Formação em Administração, Cadeia de Suprimentos, Engenharia ou Economia.
- Experiência inicial em Purchasing, Procurement ou Supply Chain.
- Conhecimento de SAP ou outros ERP é vantagem.
Responsibilities
- Apoiar a equipa internacional de compras para assegurar eficiência da cadeia de abastecimento.
- Analisar dados de compras, fornecedores e mercado para oportunidades de melhoria.
- Contribuir para estratégias de categoria e materiais.
- Acompanhar atividades de planeamento de componentes e projetos de compras.
- Comunicar riscos de fornecimento e mitigar ações com stakeholders.

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will support our international purchasing team in driving procurement excellence and ensuring a resilient supply chain. Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide, you will contribute to purchasing activities that support strategic decision-making and business success.
- Support the collection and analysis of purchasing, supplier, and market data to identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and process improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of category and material field purchasing strategies.
- Assist in part family planning activities and support purchasing-related projects.
- Support ramp-up activities for new products by coordinating supplier readiness and securing material availability.
- Help identify and communicate supply risks and material shortages to internal stakeholders while supporting mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to contribute to stable supply chain operations.
- Prepare reports and support stakeholder communication across different organizational levels.
- Manage operational purchasing topics independently and ensure timely follow-up of actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing tools and systems, including SAP and PILUM.
- Build effective working relationships with suppliers and international business partners.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Functions, or a related area.
- Experience working with suppliers or supporting procurement processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain processes.
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Negotiation knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable in an international environment.
