Right now, we are
looking for a Public
Cloud Support Engineer to integrate our internal team, based inLisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
- Experience (minimum of 4 -6 years) in cloud engineering/support, including
hands -on experience across at least two of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Platform;
- Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IaaS and PaaS
services in multi -cloud environments;
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g.,
Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation);
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and operational
tasks;
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and optimize environments across Azure, AWS,
and GCP, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, performing
root -cause analysis and incident resolution;
- Knowledge of identity and access management, networking, and cloud security
best practices;
- Diagnosing and resolving complex cloud -related issues;
You must have:
- 12th degree (minimum) or University degree in IT -related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of hands -on experience in public cloud
engineering/support;
- Proven hands -on experience with at least two of the following: AWS,
Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
- Solid experience with IaaS and PaaS services, and Infrastructure as Code
(e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation);
- Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub
Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash);
- At least one professional -level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified
Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Solutions
Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect);
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
We value:
- Certifications in more than one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, and/or
GCP);
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization (FinOps) practices;
