Requirements include 4–6 years of cloud experience, two cloud providers, and strong English. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and collaboration with security and networking teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field is required.
• 4+ years hands-on cloud engineering/support experience.
• Proven experience with at least two cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain IaaS and PaaS in multi-clouds.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows.
• Automate operational tasks with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Provide support, troubleshoot, and optimize environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Monitor, log, alert, and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Work with IAM, networking, and cloud security best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related issues.

looking for a Public
Cloud Support Engineer to integrate our internal team, based inLisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience (minimum of 4 -6 years) in cloud engineering/support, including
  hands -on experience across at least two of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  Platform;
  
• Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IaaS and PaaS
  services in multi -cloud environments;
  
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g.,
  Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation);
  
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and operational
  tasks;
  
• Provide support, troubleshoot, and optimize environments across Azure, AWS,
  and GCP, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
  
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, performing
  root -cause analysis and incident resolution;
  
• Knowledge of identity and access management, networking, and cloud security
  best practices;
  
• Diagnosing and resolving complex cloud -related issues;
  

You must have:

• 12th degree (minimum) or University degree in IT -related field;
  
• Minimum of 4 years of hands -on experience in public cloud
  engineering/support;
  
• Proven hands -on experience with at least two of the following: AWS,
  Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
  
• Solid experience with IaaS and PaaS services, and Infrastructure as Code
  (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation);
  
• Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub
  Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI);
  
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash);
  
• At least one professional -level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified
  Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Solutions
  Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect);
  
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

• Certifications in more than one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, and/or
  GCP);
  
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
  
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization (FinOps) practices;
