A dynamic tech consultancy is seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer (Senior Consultant level) in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in cloud environments like AWS and Azure, with expertise in CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in Bash and DevSecOps knowledge are essential. This role supports collaborative initiatives and requires a mix of technical proficiency and project performance to drive success.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Solid expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience in system administration, preferably in Linux environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting.

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer (Senior Consultant level) to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting cloud platform engineering initiatives under a Time & Materials model.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong DevSecOps mindset, highly organized, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery and automation practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for both business applications and infrastructure (IaC).
• Manage and ensure the reliability and stability of production and development environments.
• Automate processes through Bash/Python scripting and tooling improvements.
• Work closely with development, operations, and project teams to ensure platform performance and project success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and delivery tracking using Jira and Confluence.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
