Job summary

Rhamos Properties in Lisbon seeks a property valuation professional to prepare valuations and opinions of value for sale, purchase and investment, from Lisbon and for three markets. Preference goes to candidates registered with the CMVM as expert property valuers with experience in residential valuation, and a strong eye for documentary rigour, including registry certificates, tax records and permits.

You will work side by side with the house's investment practice and be exposed to valuations

Qualifications

• Registration with CMVM as expert valuer preferred.
• Experience in residential property valuation.
• Documentary rigour in registry certificates, tax records and permits.
