JLL Lisbon is seeking a skilled Real Estate Valuation professional to manage international client engagements and deliver asset valuations using RICS standards. You will interact with clients, prepare reports, and contribute to business development through tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, at least 3 years in real estate valuation, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong Excel and MS Office skills to support analyses and presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Real Estate Valuation sector.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; Portuguese proficiency expected as well.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct real estate asset valuations following RICS methodology for international clients.
• Analyze market data, engage with current and potential clients, and propose commercial solutions.
• Meet with clients to present services and deliver tailored valuation reports.
• Produce reports per proposal requirements, ensuring quality and client retention.
• Deliver reports to clients with clear assumptions and market context.

Main objectives of the project

• Conduct real estate asset valuations following RICS methodology, managing mainly international clients, meeting annual objectives, and ensuring the JLL brand's image.
• Analyze the market and engage current and potential clients, with the aim of selling JLL's valuation services.
• Meet with clients and present services, as well as propose commercial solutions tailored to each client's needs and company objectives.
• Perform real estate asset valuations and produce corresponding reports as per the requirements in each proposal (service, methodology, etc.), ensuring service quality and client retention.
• Deliver reports to clients, considering assumptions, market analysis, property description or portfolio, adopted methodologies, etc.
