Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Valuation and Advisory professional in Lisbon, Portugal. You will coordinate property valuation projects and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
