Responsibilities

• Управлять проектами end-to-end в телекоммуникациях, включая установка и доставка сетевых услуг без развертывания оборудования у клиента
• Координировать деятельность между внутренними командами, поставщиками и заказчиками
• Выступать основным контактным лицом для предприятий на протяжении жизненного цикла проекта
• Обеспечивать коммуникацию с клиентами и своевременное предоставление обновлений по прогрессу, рискам, этапам и срокам поставки
• Контролировать графики проектов, бюджеты, ресурсы и результаты
• Выявлять риски и проблемы и активно снижать их воздействие
• Контролировать соблюдение стандартов качества и операционных процессов
• Проводить встречи проекта, отчёты и обзоры заинтересованных сторон
• Управлять несколькими проектами одновременно с вниманием к деталям и работе в стрессовых условиях

• Manage end-to-end telecommunications network projects focused on installing and delivering network access services without customer-premises equipment deployment; Coordinate project activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers; Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle; Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines; Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables; Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues; Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational processes; Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and stakeholder reviews; Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail; Operate effectively in high-pressure environments and apply stress management and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Telecommunications sector
• Experience managing network deployment and connectivity/access projects for enterprise customers
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Proficiency in project reporting and progress tracking
• Nice to have: Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
