Job summary

Bee Engineering ICT is a Portugal-based information technology consultancy focused on Engineering projects in OTS and DxSpark. We operate with a diverse team of around 200 professionals, committed to turning challenges into opportunities. The role targets PMO/Project Manager responsibilities in a hybrid Lisbon/Porto setting.

The ideal candidate will manage KPIs, reports, budgets, and stakeholder relations while applying Agile methodologies and multilingual communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Project Manager/PMO roles.
• Experience managing KPIs and developing reports.
• Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Governance and Risk Management processes.
• Experience managing project budgets and resources.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon or Porto (50% office / 50% remote).
