Требуется минимум 6 лет опыта в управлении IS-проектами и глубокое понимание цикла разработки ПО. Вы будете работать в гибридном формате, сочетая офисные и удалённые элементы.

Qualifications

• Минимум 6 лет опыта в управлении проектами информационных систем.
• Глубокое понимание полного жизненного цикла разработки ПО: требования, разработка, тестирование, внедрение и поддержка.
• Сильные знания ИТ-инфраструктуры: серверы, сети, базы данных и облачные среды.
• Опыт ведения проектов по интеграции систем и управления зависимостями.
• Умение работать с инструментами проектного управления MS Project, Jira и Trello.
• Опыт применения Agile и Waterfall методологий; умение адаптировать подход.
• Плюсом будет опыт SAP ERP и Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение согласования бизнес-целей и технологических решений на протяжении всего цикла проекта.
• Управление объемом, планированием, качеством и результатами проекта.
• Координация междисциплинарных команд и управление зависимостями и рисками.
• Установление и поддержание отношений со спонсорами, заказчиками и поставщиками.
• Контроль End-to-End жизненного цикла ПО от требований до go-live и постпроизводственной поддержки.

Joining Capgemini Engineering as a Project Manager – Information Systems, you will act as a key bridge between business areas and technical teams (development, infrastructure, and operations) ensuring the successful delivery of complex technology projects. You will bring strong technical understanding, sharp communication skills, and proven project leadership to an environment where no two challenges are the same.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with a solid background in Information Systems, who thrives in technically complex environments and excels at connecting people, processes, and technology. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Systems project management, with a thorough understanding of full software development lifecycles including requirements, development, testing, training, go-live, and post-production Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure — including servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments — combined with a general understanding of cybersecurity principles Proven experience managing system integration projects Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello Experience applying both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and traditional approaches (Waterfall), with the ability to adapt the methodology to project context and team needs Будет плюсом: SAP ERP and satellite application integration experience being a strong advantage; Azure DevOps knowledge being highly valued
